10 minutes 2 servings


1 Banana (frozen, chopped)

1 cup Cauliflower Rice (frozen)

1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries

1 Beet (small, steamed, frozen)

1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 cup Water

2 tbsps Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

2 tsps Hemp Seeds

1/4 cup Raspberries

1/2 oz Dark Chocolate (chopped)

1/2 tsp Bee Pollen (optional)






Add the banana, cauliflower rice, frozen raspberries, beet, protein powder and water to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if too thick.


Top with yogurt, hemp seeds, raspberries, chocolate and bee pollen if using.
